Fair Opportunity
SEWP VI is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. Per FAR 16.505(b)(1), Canopy One Solutions is provided fair opportunity to be considered for each order exceeding $10,000 issued under this vehicle. Ordering agencies determine the method of obtaining fair opportunity at their discretion, most commonly through the SEWP online Quote Request Tool (QRT), which automatically includes eligible Contract Holders based on category, NAICS code, and business size.
How to Get a Quote
- Request submitted. An agency customer issues an RFI, MRR, or RFQ through the NASA SEWP online Quote Request Tool.
- Notification received. If Canopy One Solutions is eligible under the requirement's category, NAICS code, and business size, our team is notified by email.
- Quote prepared and submitted. Our team responds through the SEWP Contract Holder Only Page (CHOP) quote tool, using only items and labor categories currently on our SEWP VI contract at or below the listed contract price.
- Order and delivery. Once an order is placed and assigned a SEWP Control Number (SCN) by the NASA SEWP Program Management Office, Canopy One Solutions begins performance and provides regular status updates through completion.
